Multi-looking\nalso gives GRD roughly square pixels and pixel spacing, unlike the native\nslant-range geometry of SLC.\n\nProducts come in one of three resolutions depending on acquisition mode:\nFull Resolution (FR, SM mode only), High Resolution (HR, e.g. ~20x22 m for\nInterferometric Wide swath/IW, ~50x50 m for Extra Wide swath/EW), and\nMedium Resolution (MR, coarser multi-looking, available for all four\nmodes: Strip Map/SM, IW, EW, and Wave/WV). Coverage is global across land,\nocean, and polar regions per ESA's observation scenario, with acquisitions\nsince 2014 across the S1A/S1B/S1C constellation. Because phase is lost,\nGRD is not suitable for interferometric (InSAR) applications - use SLC\nproducts instead for those.
